Magical Moments Tent Rental

Magical Moments is located in League City, Texas and services the surrounding areas including Dickinson, Texas City, Kemah, Clear Lake, Alvin, Pearland and Friendswood.

• Twin size air mattress

• Decorative pillow for each tent

• Individual chalkboard plaques with the name of each party goer (optional)
• Balloons on top of tent

We can arrange the tents in many different configurations to fit your space. Each tent requires approximately 24 square feet of space.

• Blankets and linens are thoroughly cleaned after each use
• LED string lights and candles are battery-operated and do not present a fire hazard
• Every tent has a rubber floor protector

Our tents are designed for indoor use only.  Rental includes a 24 hour rental period.

The space designated for the set up must be cleared of furniture and clean at the time of our arrival.  We will set up the tents and decorations and take them down.

A $100 deposit is required to book an event which secures the date and time.   The remaining balance + a $50 incidental fee will be due at time of set the day of the event.  If rental is canceled less than 7 days before the event, the deposit will be forfeited. 

The $50 incidental fee will cover any damages done during the rental period. This fee will be refunded at time of pick up if no damages occur. The cost of each damaged item is as follows:

• Pillow    $5 each
• Blanket   $10 each
• Mattress   $20 each
• Sheet    $5 each
• Tray    $20 each
• Heart Mirror   $5 each
• Mirrored Disco Ball  $5 each
• Black Light Flashlight $5 each
